Super cute, crisp white button-up dress or tunic made by Free People. Lightweight, and perfect for summer days! Collared neckline and button front. Three-quarter sleeves with elastic bunching. Oh, and it has pockets :) I accidently tore the materials tag off, but I do believe it is 100% cotton. Measurements are : 21 inches PTP, 32 inches in length. It is sized as extra small, but as with most Free People, it is oversized and can easily fit a small or medium.
