Extremely rare custom-made Freight Baggage messenger bag

This is a custom-made item from back then, featuring blue and white colors with reflective strips!
I loved it and displayed it as interior decor in my room, so I never used it outdoors.
It's in good condition, but there are some stains as shown in the photos, possibly due to aging. However, considering the original tag, it's rare to find one in this condition on the market.
This messenger bag was made over 10 years ago, so please check the images and understand that it is a used/vintage item before purchasing.
