# ♪ Music Gentle to Mind and Body ♪ # Rikka Fukuda (Medical Hiroshi, Composer)

It is considered impossible to live in modern society without the physical and mental stress caused by the various systems surrounding our lives, the vast amount of information, and complex human relationships.

How to effectively relieve stress and achieve pleasant relaxation is an unavoidable and important issue for us living in modern times.

Around 1994, I was greatly surprised by the pure, innocent, and beautiful sound and comfort of music played in just intonation by Mr. Hiroki Tamaki. At the same time, I thought that patients should listen to this, so I immediately brought the CD to the hospital and played it in the waiting room, examination room, physical therapy room, and intensive care unit.

Time passed with the wish that it could alleviate the physical and mental suffering caused by illness even a little, and provide a sense of peace.

When entering the physical therapy room, many patients are receiving treatments such as massage, acupuncture, and traction with relaxed expressions while gentle just intonation music flows.

Previously, many people were exhausted, irritable, or talking loudly. However, since we started playing just intonation music, many patients have been receiving treatment in a much more relaxed state than before. Some people even fall asleep comfortably.
