Contrabass Case Black with Orange Accents

This is a GEWA contrabass case (size 1/2) from Germany.

I purchased it to use as a flight case to further protect my cello when transporting it by plane, but it didn't fit, so I am selling it.

I found so many useful features that I wouldn't want to part with it if it were the right size. It originally cost 38,500 yen.

Specifically, it has a pocket for bows, a pocket for small items, and a pocket for sheet music. There's also a handle on top, backpack straps for carrying it on your back, and attachment hardware, allowing for customizable carrying options. The interior was also plush. There are many handles, making it seem like you can carry it freely. I felt it would protect the contrabass securely.

GEWA is a long-established German case manufacturer that also makes cases for violins, cellos, and other instruments. They are a manufacturer with strong technical capabilities.
