Wieniawski École Moderne (Modern) Op. 10 Paderewski Edition
19.14 $
Description
This is sheet music for violin etudes from the École moderne series, part of the Paderewski edition of Wieniawski's complete works from Poland.
These etudes are frequently assigned as required pieces for competitions and exams.
Supervised by Mr. Janowski, a renowned expert on Wieniawski.
The printing layout provides ample space, and the paper is whiter and easier to read than the commonly used Galamian (International) edition.
While it is in mostly clean condition, as shown in the photos, there is a spot of paper dirt on the second page of etude No. 6, Prelude, which has been covered with correction fluid.
These etudes are well-known and many people practice them, but the Paderewski edition seems to be less widely known.
This publication series is being sequentially released in Poland, Wieniawski's home country, as a series of original editions, as shown in the third photo.
