This is a Tsukesage kimono made of black chirimen (crepe fabric) with a Shibori (tie-dye) pattern and partial embroidery. It has a lot of plain fabric, giving it a chic impression, but the deep red color on the cuffs and the lining (hakkake) adds a sharp accent. This was a cherished item that I wore with care.
