Vintage made in America Good lad adorable sailor dress with puff sleeves and ruffles. Approximate measurements are 17.5” shoulder to hem, 12” pit to pit, and 33” across hem. On side bottom fabric folds is a SLIGHT faded stain shown in pictures, very hard to see. No rips and smoke free. I ship daily.
