Pear wood branches are less likely to have thorns sticking out, and the wood chips after chewing crumble like cork, so even if swallowed, they are harmless as they are from fruit trees.

We peeled the bark of pear branches from Niigata Prefecture one by one and dried them for 2 years.

As this is an amateur handmade product, although we cut it with a chainsaw and sanded the small branches with a belt sander (file), please understand that there may be overlooked imperfections or cracks/splits due to excessive drying.
