This is a Koguma / Gosen Komonro dyed Tsukesage kimono.

This is a high-quality summer Tsukesage kimono made with Komonro fabric from top manufacturers Koguma and Gosen, featuring dyed patterns.

Komonro, along with Sha, is a representative summer kimono fabric, and its greatest appeal lies in its exquisite sheerness.
The fabric is smooth, beautiful, and refreshingly cool to the touch.

The fine Gosen Komonro fabric has a slightly greenish hue and features patterns of houses with pine, plum, chrysanthemum, and camellia flowers in off-white, pink, navy, gray, deep green, and ash-purple colors.

Tsukesage is a simplified version of Homongi, a dyed kimono that is more casual than Homongi but more formal than Komon.
Its characteristic is that the patterns do not connect across the front panels, shoulders, and sleeves.
Unlike Homongi, Tsukesage is not basted and then patterned as Eba-moyō; instead, the patterns are dyed on the bolt of fabric so that they all face upwards when worn.
